College of Pharmacy student computer requirements

  • A laptop computer is requiring for accessing course materials & taking computer-based assessments (ExamSoft SofTest v12 (block exams, TJE, quizzes), FastTest WebLock for the PCOA (P2) end of year exam)
  • A laptop computer 2 years old or newer with at least 4GB of memory is acceptable and will work well in the College of Pharmacy program.  If you are purchasing a new computer please purchase a 2-3 year warranty to cover hardware.
  • Devices that do not meet the requirements (below) are not supported.

      • Applications will be reconfigured -or- reinstalled to resolve issues
      • Hard disk maintenance looking for bad blocks, defragging and other disk issues
      • Replacing and re-imaging of a bad hard disk
